These terms apply to services booked with Divine Grace Enterprise and to the use of this website.
Scope of service
We provide notarial acts, loan document signing, remote online notarization, field inspections, process serving, ink fingerprinting, and wedding officiant services. A notary public is not an attorney and cannot draft documents, select documents for you, or give legal or financial advice.
Appointments and identification
Every signer must be present and must produce valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification. A notarial act will be declined where identity cannot be verified, where a signer does not appear willing or aware, or where the document is incomplete.
Fees, travel, and cancellations
Notarial fees follow the maximums set by Florida law. Travel, after-hours, and waiting time are quoted separately and confirmed before the appointment. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule; a travel fee may still apply once the notary has arrived at the agreed location.
